Mrs. Raquel Virtue is a woman of purpose and passion whose calling is to be a facilitator of freedom - ushering others into purpose and greatness. Her educational journey has taken her from Jamaica to New Mexico to Atlanta. Along with many other professional certifications, she holds a bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She is currently an HR and Administration Manager for Ballaz International, a Sport Development and Sports for Development entity committed to transforming Jamaica through sports. She is also the Regional Coordinator with the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation, in their education transformation project, Conversations For Greatness. Mrs. Virtue serves as the Board Chair for ID Pioneers and is committed to the fulfillment of the vision and mission of the organization.
As Co-Founder of ID Pioneers, Mrs. Virtue also serves as Board Chair with primary responsibility of ensuring the organization’s success through good corporate governance practices and sound strategic decisions and policies. Mrs. Virtue is most fulfilled by her roles as wife to Andre', mother to Christian and Jaden and daughter of the most high.
