Career Coaching

Our Career Coaching Session is based on these core beliefs:

  • Life is about a calling, not just a career
  • A calling is a God-given purpose to use one's time, energy, and abilities to serve God and others in the world ~ Gerald Sittser
  • A calling can be fulfilled in a career - God defines the person and the calling then the person is free to select a career in which to live out that calling ~ Gerald Sittser

Our Conferences are designed to:

  • Equip youth workers to live purpose-driven lives and lead purpose-discovery conversations

On-Purpose Camps

Our Camps include a wide variety of exciting, experiential activities where youths discover purpose and their dreams come alive. Our mission-based, solution-finding approach is designed to appeal to this generation’s desire for meaning and passion for making a difference.

Identity-based Leadership Development Programme

Through this programme, we employ a servant-leadership approach to equip young leaders to lead out of their identity under the Premise that “Leading is really Selfless Serving”.

Purpose-Driven Parenting Workshops

Our Parenting Workshops support parents to understand their role in providing the nurturing that is necessary to bring out the natural GIFT that God has placed in their child. At the end of our workshops, parents will understand how to identify their child's God-design and how they can support its manifestation towards purpose-fulfilment. Parents can then become a part of a wider support network/community of Purpose-Driven Parents

ID pioneers helped to transform me by letting me understand my purpose, showing me that I was meant to do something with my life that I love. My main take away that has helped me throughout my 5 years at the Children’s Home is how to identify yourself, not by your name or by your skin colour or any attributes I have, It’s how you view yourself, a how define yourself, what you pronounce on yourself and how you want to see yourself. That helped me in so many ways that I can’t explain. I have identified myself and I am grateful for that.

The greatest Impact / transformation the training had on me personally was the fact that I was able to connect with other like-minded individuals who were passionate about seeing youth transformed and walking in their purpose, reignited the fire that I had as being a vessel for God to use to fulfill His purpose, and impact the lives of youth across Jamaica.
