Leiseth is a dynamic pioneer whose personal vision is to see young people living victoriously in purpose, powerfully influencing their world. A passionate Youth Development Specialist & Life Purpose Coach, Leiseth provides empowering tools and coaching to support young people in the areas of discovering purpose and identity such that they can live victorious lives. Her professional background is in the areas of Service Excellence, Strategy Planning & Execution, Cost & Financial Accounting and Sport for Youth Development. Having earned a Bachelors’ in Hotel Management (UWI) and a Masters’ in Service Management, Leadership and Innovation (Rochester Institute of Technology, USA) Leiseth has made a significant mark locally, regionally and globally, bringing to bear her strategic thinking, execution competence and values based leadership approaches, in an excellent people focused, service oriented manner.

Leiseth founded ID Pioneers in 2017 out of her passion to see youths live purpose-driven lives. After discovering her own identity and purpose at 27 years, she realized the potency of Identity-based people development and has committed her life to help every Youth she encounters to discover their created purpose, given by a purposeful God. In her role as Executive Director of ID Pioneers, she is responsible for both the strategic and operational direction of the organization, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved. Leiseth is guided daily by two (2) profound viewpoints: “This is the true joy of life: ……being used for a purpose… a mighty one! My life belongs to the whole community. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die! Life is a sort of splendid torch….I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations”! ~ George Bernard Shaw. “For I am God's masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that I should walk in them.”~ Ephesians 2:10 (her life verse).
